About Yang Global Trade & Marketing (YGTM)
YGTM offers tailored trade and marketing services that make it easier for Canadian businesses, associations, and governments to succeed in international markets.
YGTM is an international trade and marketing consultancy helping Canadian businesses, associations, and governments grow trade and market presence in Europe and Asia, from strategy to in-market execution. Registered in Nova Scotia, Canada, and based in Paris, France, YGTM operates globally, with a trusted partner network across key international markets.
Services cover the full arc of international market development: trade mission planning and support, in-market representation, marketing and event management, strategy consulting, and special projects.
YGTM was founded on a simple observation: most organizations pursuing international growth don't have a full international department behind them. YGTM fills that gap as your strategic advisor and your concierge in market: senior-level thinking, hands-on delivery, and one point of contact from first conversation to final follow-up.
Everything YGTM does serves one vision: building bridges across borders. Let's build yours.

Qin Yang is the founder of YGTM. The firm helps Canadian businesses, associations, and governments succeed in international markets through trade development and marketing services. Qin spent nearly a decade with the Government of Nova Scotia in Canada, serving with the Department of Intergovernmental Affairs; the Department of Communities, Culture, Tourism and Heritage; and the Department of Fisheries, Aquaculture and Agriculture, most recently as Director of International and Domestic Market Development.
Over her career she advised three Premiers and multiple Ministers on international engagement, planned and executed more than 25 Premier-led and ministerial trade missions across 15+ countries and regions, and managed full protocol and reception for high-level meetings with ambassadors, foreign dignitaries, and senior business executives. She negotiated the province's partnership agreements with the Chinese provinces of Fujian, Guangdong, and Shandong, and led provincial efforts to diversify and promote trade for Nova Scotia's critical seafood and agri-food sector.
Qin holds a Master of Public Administration from Dalhousie University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mount Saint Vincent University, and a Bachelor of Agricultural Science from Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University. A Certified International Trade Professional (CITP®│FIBP®), she works in English and Mandarin, with working French on the way, and is based in Paris, at the heart of the European market.
Her strength is bringing people, cultures, and opportunities together, and getting the details right.
